Description
Right now, the 'LOCI' job on hudson.openmicroscopy.org.uk only runs 'ant tools docs'. It would be a good idea to expand this job (or create a new one) to build the utilities, run scan-deps.pl, and potentially build the C++ bindings.

As of 06-21-2010, the 'LOCI' job will run 'ant utils'.

The only task left in this ticket is integrating bf-cpp with Hudson, which is covered by imagej:#141.
