Description

For datasets with sizeC=1, choosing a non-default color mode has no effect, because ImageJ does not support single-channel CompositeImages. There are various techniques we have employed in the past, and can employ again, to work around this limitation.

r6502 implemented the 'Colorize' and 'Custom' options for sizeC = 1. There may be a better way of implementing those options, but at the very least they should work.

r6554 supports the various color modes as fully as possible for sizeC=1.
