Fitting channels, threshold, error & hidden pixels not displayed correctly on grayscale image

Description

When fitting multiple channels the red threshold pixels, green error pixels, and blue hidden pixels get out of synch.

The entire fitted stack shares a single overlay and this overlay is not updated correctly for the current slice of the stack.
