I briefly tested VisBio on an nVidia system with TwinView on Linux, and it throws an exception in some cases. Test this further, and apply more intelligent GraphicsConfiguration logic if necessary.
Oliver Lazar posted some potentially useful code on the ImageJ mailing list for working with multiple graphics devices.
