Update JGoodies Looks jar to include LookUtils (for determining OS type).

Description

Currently, SpreadsheetLauncher's methods are practically copied verbatim from the LookUtils source. Using the jgoodies.looks.LookUtils methods to determine the OS in SpreadsheetLauncher would be cleaner and more convenient, but the current Looks jar doesn't include this class. Ask Curtis about adding it to the jar.

LookUtils turns out to have a different package in the older version of Looks. Updating the .jar deferred.
