Base TransientSelectBox resizing on pixel and not domain coordinates

Description

When you stretch the TransientSelectBox, the coordinates of the box corners are determined in domain coordinates. As a result, when the domain coordinate system has been rotated, the box appears rotated instead of remaining parallel/perpendicular to the edges of the display window.

Switched to pixel coordinates. As a result have to modify selection loop in PointerTool...
