Remove Swing components from OME plugin

Description
Right now, the OME download plugin uses Swing to display a table of images that can be downloaded. This really needs to be changed so that the plugin is usable with macros.

As of r2945, the OME plugin uses a GenericDialog to show the list of images (similar to importer's series chooser).
