PixelSizeT disappears

Description

A few readers attempt to set PixelSizeT; while the value is populated correctly, it doesn't show up in the outputted OME-XML. Suspect it's a stylesheet issue, but will need to investigate more. Should probably write a script to check other less common fields, to make sure that they appear after a transform.

The attached file (test.xml) is an OME-XML file with TimeIncrement=2.0 (TimeIncrement is the attribute corresponding to CA's PixelSizeT). TimeIncrement/PixelSizeT is preserved in the OME->OME-CA transform; however, when the resulting OME-CA file is transformed back to OME-XML, this value is lost.
