Description
Eclipse has the ability to import a Java project from an existing Ant build file, but I have not extensively tested it with our Java packages. It would be good to verify that everything works in a straightforward way, and possibly rearrange the project directory structure to facilitate development using Eclipse, as well as add any project-related files useful for Eclipse to have.

I added some Eclipse project files to the repository, so it is now possible to use Subclipse's "Checkout Project from SVN" option to access the LOCI Software project.
