Description
To verify the accuracy and proper behavior of Slim Plotter's algorithms, we need to mock up some ideal data that should perform according to known patterns. For example, we could create a dataset with zero error that should fit perfectly with two exponentials, and see how well things work under various conditions.
There is a large quantity of synthetic test data (900 datasets) in the source:trunk/loci/slim/data folder, ranging from perfect to 5% error, designed to be fitted with either 1-, 2- or 3-component exponentials.
