Test omeul with OME 2.6.1

Description
The client-side OME upload functionality provided by the omeul script has not been exercised in a while, particularly since the OME 2.6.1 release. It would be a good idea to try uploading a variety of data files to OME via omeul to see whether things still work.
In particular:
- Does omeul upload any standardized OME-XML metadata?
- Does it still upload the pixels correctly?
- Does it still have the bug where there is no Original Files download link?
- Do we need any additional XML-RPC functionality or bugfixes?
Tickets should be filed for any deficiencies found.
