Add support for Olympus APL file format

We have one Olympus APL dataset, which contains the following files:

  • 3 Access database files, with extensions .apl, .tnb, .mtb
  • 13 TIFF files
  • 13 directories, each with a single XML file

Olympus distributes a  free viewer, a copy of which is at data/software/Setup_SiViewer.exe.
