Description
bfconvert is missing many of the features/command line options that are available in showinf (e.g. -stitch, -merge, multi-series support). These features should be added, along with support for specifying multiple output files.

As of r3760, "bfconvert <infile> <outfile>" will convert all series in <infile>.
comment:3 Changed 2008-03-19T13:56:30-05:00 by curtis
- Milestone set to bio-formats-m2
The only significant feature left is the ability to output to a split file dataset, such as multiple linked OME-TIFF files.

- Milestone changed from bio-formats-m2 to bio-formats-4.1.0
The -stitch, -separate, -merge, -fill and -series options are done. Still no support for writing to multiple files, or converting multiple series at a time, though.
