Description
The interactive color scale is a good start toward more fine-grained color control, but it is missing some key features:
- It needs Load LUT and Save LUT buttons, and dropdown LUT presets menu, to be fully functional.
- The default lifetime color scale should be hue-based, but stopping at violet rather than migrating back to red.
- The color label should only be "tau" when "lifetimes" color mode is selected. For "counts" color mode the label should be "count."

Finished in r2508. Color scale only goes from red to blue (no violet), but that's how SPCImage does things, too. If violet is desired, I can add it later. Also, it's too annoying to change the color label on the fly, so for now it just says "value," which is at least not misleading.
