Separate widget for each sub-C dimension

Description

Right now the Data Browser provides a single C widget (either a checkbox or a spinner) for the C dimension. However, some formats (notably SDT) subdivide C into several "sub-C" dimensions such as Spectra and Lifetime, and it would be nice to provide a separate widget for each of them.
