L2D datasets cannot be imported using omebf

Description

When files are uploaded using omebf, the 'name' attribute is set to the relative path to the file. This is a problem for L2D datasets, which contain multiple directories, each with 2 TIFF files named 700.tiff and 800.tiff.

OME server is now officially legacy software, so this won't be fixed.
