Description
There is currently no efficient way of swapping dimension labels in ImageJ - we should have a plugin similar to the stack slicer that allows the user to swap dimension labels on an existing stack. The importer plugin should also provide dimension swapping options that call this plugin.

r3960. Decided not to implement this as a separate plugin, since it's already very easy to swap dimension labels on an existing stack.
