Ability to explicitly disable file stitching for certain files

Reported by: curtis Owned by: melissa
Priority: major Milestone: bio-formats-4.3
Component: test-suite Severity: serious
Keywords: Cc:
Blocked By: Blocking:

Description

The test suite needs a way, probably in the .bioformats configuration file, to indicate that a particular file should not use the file stitching logic. Erroneously stitching files that do not go together can cause various problems; e.g., see data/mng/images.

This was added in r6349; adding "no_stitch=true" to a .bioformats file entry will disable stitching for that particular file.
