Description
Details on APNG at http://animatedpng.com. There is a plugin for ImageJ that writes APNG files ( http://www.ulfdittmer.com/imagej/animated-png-writer.html), which uses the japng library ( http://www.reto-hoehener.ch/japng/).
This format is also supported by Firefox 3 and Opera 9.5.
Note that this is different from (but competing with) the MNG format.
