Description
The Bio-Formats web site has a handy table showing all the supported file formats, but does not go into detail about exactly which metadata fields of the OME data model are handled for each format. We now have a script that autogenerates such documentation for each format for posting to this Trac, but it still needs finishing touches, the actual data file listing the supported fields needs to be populated, and the Bio-Formats web site needs to be updated accordingly.
