Improve Nikon NEF support

Description
Nikon NEF support is far from robust - we do not handle the Nikon compression algorithm, nor do we properly demosiac uncompressed images. Reference implementations of both algorithms are present in dcraw ( http://www.cybercom.net/~dcoffin/dcraw/); most likely we can adapt these to meet our needs.
