Parse instrument metadata from MicroManager files

Description

Some MicroManager datasets (e.g. S2-GFP-Histone-Cherry-tub_9_Great2) contain metadata describing the instruments used for acquisition. We should parse this metadata, and convert as much as possible into OME-XML.
