nd2/jonas/multicolorTest.nd2 is a multi-channel timelapse dataset for which Bio-Formats detects 507 timestamps (there should be 209). In addition to the count being incorrect, all of the timestamps are set to 0 or ~10-307, which doesn't seem right. We need to go over the timestamp parsing logic in ND2Reader and verify that the correct values are being read.

Fixed in r4757.
