Data Browser displays time series data incorrectly

Description

See the attached screenshot - even though Bio-Formats detects that the images are part of a time series, the Data Browser displays them as a Z stack. This only occurs when the Z and C sizes are both 1.

This problem can be reproduced using biorad/dennis/his301.pic

(In [4793]) Fixed how the Data Browser handles single dimension, non-Z data. Closes #355.
