Buttons in importer series dialog are misaligned

Description

If the series names are very short (i.e. the window is narrow), then the "Select All", "Deselect All", "Cancel", and "OK" buttons overlap. See data/openlab/kevino/embryoOne for an example.

If the series names are very long (i.e. the window is wide), the "Select All"/"Deselect All" and "Cancel"/"OK" buttons are offset vertically. See data/leica-lif/andrew/FRAP_Test_12-0808.lif for an example.

(In [5256]) Fixed series dialog layout so that buttons don't overlap. Closes #403.
