Description

Running showinf with the -nometa flag on data/leica/joel/sequential scan 2/sequential scan 2.lei results in grayscale image planes, rather than channel 1 having a red LUT.

When using the -nometa flag, isIndexed also returns false, even though get8BitLookupTable is still non-null.
