Make findbugs happy

Description

The "LOCI-findbugs" job on OME Hudson now runs the 'findbugs' Ant target on trunk. It will only fail on errors (and fortunately, there are 0 errors at the moment), but eventually it should fail on errors and warnings. There are currently 21 warnings, so it would be good to fix those before updating the failure criteria.

Milestone changed from bio-formats-4.2.1 to bio-formats-5.0

Pushing this to 5.0 - all of the big bugs are fixed, so mostly it is a matter of teaching findbugs to ignore remaining bugs.
