Update OME plugin for ImageJ web site

Description

The OME plugin for ImageJ has undergone many changes, and is no longer in the form of one monolithic plugin. As such, the corresponding web site should be updated to reflect the plugin's current status. Usage instructions should be rewritten, and new screenshots should be created.
