Make sure that every file has an accurate configuration file entry.
Remove any duplicate datasets (e.g. in 'test_images_good', 'test_images_metadata' and 'OMERO_Test_Images').
Verify that readme.txt files are present, accurate, and contain relevant notes.

This is somewhat related to #308 and #536.

Description modified

There is now a "Data repository" job on LOCI Hudson which scans for missing readme.txt files every night. This job will eventually be updated to scan for missing .bioformats entries.

Duplicate datasets have been removed and replaced by symlinks.
