Make error message windows more friendly

Description
It's been pointed out that seeing a stack trace when something goes wrong in one of the ImageJ plugins is a bit scary. Instead, we should show a simple error message with a button to show the full stack trace.
This would help to pave the way for #425, as this same error message window could then have a "Send error report" button.
