Series dialog should indicate the total number of series

Description

The dialog that is shown when there are more than loci.plugins.in.SeriesDialog.MAX_SERIES_TOGGLES series does not actually indicate how many series there are. It would be really helpful if that dialog did indicate the total number of series, so that the user (e.g. me) does not have to guess and then inevitably guess too high and enter an invalid series number.
