See files in slidebook/glen/Loci sld/.

D3 Timelapse3.sld should be a pair of 2D timelapses. LOCI test.sld should be a 2D timelapse, a 3D timelapse and a Z-series. All of them should have XYZTC ordering.

(In [7552]) Group together separate blocks of pixels that belong to the same stack. See #627.

The series grouping should be correct with r7552, but the pixel data still looks incorrect as noted in #592.
