SLIM Curve/SLIM Plugin add parameter constraints

Description

Add a "Limits" or "Constraints" button to the parameters displayed in the UI Panel. Clicking on this button pops up a panel in which the user can enter a low value and high value to constrain the fit results.

This is a TRI2 feature.
