Fitted plot lacking on decay graph sometimes

Description
The red fitted line sometimes doesn't show up on the decay graph. The fit does take place as residuals are shown and the fitted parameters are updated in the UI panel.

Fixed with #696.
The decay graph has some logic to cut off the fitted graph when the value is above the maximum photon count. Unfortunately some really bad fits were resulting in a horizontal fitted line way above the photon counts. Because of the cut off this manifested as a lack of the fitted line.
