Lifetime LUT has too much green

Description

The LUT has too much green in the middle. It is difficult to distinguish close values in the middle of the LUT. SPCImage LUT is much nicer.

(I created the lifetime LUT using an ImageJ LUT-creation plugin.)

Captured a screen image of SPC Image LUT, converted to 256 pixels across, transformed to text and then to IJ LUT.

The green portion _is_ shorter now. Blue and red are shorter too, could be longer.
