Can't fix parameters

Description

The ability to fix fitted parameters (e.g. have tau = 2.00) is broken. It was working earlier.

I added some code to take the A, T, and Z fitted parameters from the RLD estimate and convert them to initial fitted parameter values suitable for the LMA fit. I.e. I need to convert from A, T, and Z to A1, T1, A2, T2, A3, T3, and Z. This code didn't allow for fixing parameters.
