Save histogram data

Description

Need a way to save histogram data for later comparison. Exporting the data to text would be one solution.

Talking to Brian B. I suggested characterizing the histogram as a box & whisker plot, but he likes to see the actual outline of the histogram.

Current workaround is to choose IJ's Analyze/Histogram tool. This will create a second, equivalent histogram with histogram statistics and the ability to export to text.

Resolution set to fixed

Added export histogram option and beefed up export to text modes. Needed also for batch processing.
