TRI2/SP fitted parameter initial guess issues

Description

Fitting gpl1.sdt (101, 73), mono, normal, chisq 1.5, max likelihood noise, TRI2 2.7.4.1 errors out with -2 yet SP fits.

It appears uninitialized variables in TRI2 are causing this discrepancy. I'm keeping this ticket open as a reminder to get changes into TRI2.
