When we stitch from meta data, is seems to take a long time to find the stage positions from the meta data files. The pluggin spends a ton of time populating meta data. Is there a way to speed this up? Populating meta data takes longer than stitching itself in most cases for my applications. Therefore, I'm encouraged to go back to your old stitch OME tiffs pluggin, which is much faster.
Would be great to optimize the performance a bit more.
