Batch mode summary histogram support non-T parameters

Description

Initial version of summary histogram was hardcoded to show tau fitted parameters only. Need to allow same choices as fitted images (A T Z ChiSq F f Tm).

The summary histogram now supports the fitted image choices, as does the export single histogram to file option.
