Description

I don't think hide pixels outside of range is working. It looks like it is hiding pixels outside of range whether you have that box checked or not. THANKS!

I just checked this and it appears to be working for me.

If you are looking at a given fitted image and click the hide pixels outside of range checkbox nothing should change visually in that image. The out of range pixels are drawn in black regardless. If you do an Analyze/Measure within Fiji you should see the area decrease and the statistics change. When you hide the out of range pixels change from whatever value they happen to be to the value NaN (not a number).

If you look at the grayscale representation normally the red area shows pixels which are out of the threshold. Once you hide out of range pixels these pixels get coded as blue. The entire red area changes to blue and you should get a few extra blue pixels too. If you go to other fitted images and hide some pixels there you get more and more blue pixels.

Lastly if you hide/unhide pixels on a given fitted image you should see these pixels turn black on all the other fitted images.
