Indicate batch mode available

Description

Currently batch mode is available after the first lifetime file has been loaded and a pixel fitted by clicking on the new file button and selecting folders or multiple files. There is no indication to the user that this is there.

Have a more visible way to do batch. Why not have a "Batch" button alongside the New Image button that almost duplicates its behaviour (I presume the batch works if you select more than one file, make it work on any number of files if the Batch button is pressed). (from Paul Barber)
