Description
SLIM Plugin should work with IJ2 ROIs.

The IJ1 version checks for a defined ROI and only fits pixels within that ROI when creating fitted images. An earlier version had a 'Fit ROIs' option: if several ROIs were defined it would combine each ROI and fit so that different regions could be compared.
