Improve SLIM Curve test program

Description
Currently the test program main.c uses a test.ini file that resembles the one in TRI2. It would be better to use the same parser as TRI2, accept actual TRI2 .ini files and have some optional way of specifying what transient and prompt data to use (these are not in TRI2 .ini files).
