The "Ignore color lookup table" option in the Bio-Formats Importer plugin is the currently suggested solution for the Leica color problem described in ticket #97. But it does not actually solve the problem, and is in fact extremely misleading. Once the ticket is taken care of, the option will no longer be necessary or even desirable, and should be removed.
