Description
To my knowledge, there is no easy way within ImageJ to split out a substack from a 5D image stack. We should create a simple plugin to do that. Then the Bio-Formats Importer plugin can call its functionality if the user chooses to split channels, focal planes and/or time points into separate windows.
This feature should incidently fix bugs like ticket #200.
