Description
SPC Image has the capability of adding a fitted scatter parameter when fitting with a prompt. The effect of the scatter parameter is to subtract a small percentage of the prompt from the decay data.

Consolidated with #787 and moved to github: https://github.com/uw-loci/slim-plugin/issues/13
Added a scatter input parameter to the UI. This allows a user to experiment with the effects of scatter correction on the fitted results.
