Description (last modified by curtis)
The align peaks is sometimes wrong due to background noise. There need to be additional options for tweaking it: resetting the alignment, adjusting the alignment manually, etc.
If possible, all three of the initial checkboxes ("Align peaks", "Compute FWHMs" and "Cut 1.5ns from fit") should be migrated into the main GUI, so that people can change their minds about them later.
The lifetime and wavelength range information could be migrated into the main GUI, as well.
Note that this issue is related to calibration (#84, #135, #183), and is ultimately about giving the user more control over how the software manipulates the data.
